Chocolate Brownie / Brownie humedo

🥳 Wet wheat free brownie cake with dulce de leche (caramel) 😍

Brownies húmedos sin harina! Deliciosos!

6 eggs/ 6 huevos 🥚

400gr dark chocolate / 400gr 🍫 negro

200 gr azúcar / 200gr sugar

250gr butter 🧈/ mantequilla

Esta receta es ideal. Derrito a baño María (o en el micro) el chocolate, la mantequilla y el azúcar. Por otro lado bato los huevos.Una vez que el el chocolate está derretido agregó batiendo los huevos para evitar que se cuezan.

We melt down the chocolate 🍫 with the sugar and 🧈 butter. Once melted we add the 6 eggs 🥚 (before mix them separately) and remember to mix them while adding the eggs to the chocolate mixture! This way we avoid the cooking of the eggs while in contact with the hot chocolate.
